In the event of an electronic transaction being made without authorisation or, for the incorrect amount, then the transaction will be reversed without delay and the Parking Charge Notice will remain outstanding.
All reversals of transactions will be recorded on a central log.
All refunds will be recorded on a central log including amount refunded, method of refund, who refund is made to, date and reason for refund.
